Warranty Period: This Sun Tent is covered by an extended warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Coverage: This warranty covers only factory defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover damages resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents, alterations, or improper assembly.
Claims Process: In the event of a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at help@sunninja.com. Proof of purchase will be required to initiate the warranty process.
Resolution: Upon verification of a factory defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product. If an exact replacement is not available, a comparable product may be provided. Limitations: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any unauthorised modifications or repairs void this warranty. Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts or products. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, misuse, improper care, or any other conditions beyond normal intended use.
Legal Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
